I SPENT A WHOLE LOT OF MY 20S FALLING DOWN. ☻
Breakdowns, break-ups and breakthroughs left me feeling anxious, ashamed and alone, but ultimately inspired me to find my people - kind and wise women who’ve traveled the same roads and were willing to share their stories.
Our conversations sparked a curiosity to understand myself and explore the human experience in all its sparkling light and heartbreaking depths. In my 30s I’ve come to see that we all go through dark times (it’s pretty unavoidable!) but we can find the tools, teachers and spaces to help us get through them and feel less alone.
I created GrowGirlGrow to be that space for everyone. A place that inspires conversation and curiosity, and a community to build real, meaningful connections to remind us that we’re all in it together. I invite you to come as you are and move, run, dance toward your full, authentic self! We’ll be right there with you.

‘Grow Girl Grow’ manifested from the rubble of a ‘life quake’. Losing a relationship, home and a dream job during Covid set us on a path of deep soul-searching. Through journaling, meditation, reiki and exploring other powerful healing modalities, we created this community to share stories, wisdom and friendship.

Self development, spiritual growth, a glow-up on the astral plane - whatever you want to call it, we’re here for it, and we’re here for you. We give you the tools to help you navigate your own ‘life-quakes’ a little easier whether you’re ironing out the creases, emerging from the pits of hell or simply curious to expand your world.
